Release of Liability, Waiver of Legal Rights and Assumption of Risk
By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an Erotic Blueprint™- inspired event (herein collectively called “Event”) presented by Certified Erotic Blueprint Coach™ Manon de Veritch (herein referred to as “Manon”) and Amanda Marie Keshner (herein referred to as “Amanda”), on the date and at the location listed herein. I am in suitable physical shape and sound emotional condition to participate in such an event. Any payments for said Event are non-refundable. All methods and processes used in the Event are the confidential property of Blueprint Breakthrough™ and the presenter. I am participating in this workshop for personal reasons only and will not use any information obtained therein for commercial or other personal gain. Further, I will not share any information obtained with any person or company for commercial purposes. In consideration of the instructions and services of the presenter, and the use of the facilities, premises and equipment of Manon in connection with my participation in Event, instruction and related activities (hereinafter collectively called the “Activities”) I hereby understand and agree to this release of liability, waiver of legal rights and assumption of risk as follows:
1. I acknowledge that the Activities are a consensual interaction and recreational activity involving physical and emotional intensity and that my participation in such activity may result in mishap or injury. I understand that while unlikely, I may suffer physical or emotional distress, including, but not limited to, fatal injury while participating in the Activities.
2. I hereby RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Manon de Veritch, Alignment Therapies LLC, Amanda Marie Keshner, The Seed: A Conscious Community LLC, Art Van Grow LLC, and their respective officers, directors, agents, instructors, members, and owners of equipment and the land and premises used for the Activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereafter have for injuries or damages arising out of my participation in the Activities, including, but not limited to losses or damages caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
3. I understand and acknowledge that the Activities have inherent dangers that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can eliminate and I expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of emotional or physical distress sustained while participating in the Activities whether or not caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
4. I further agree that I will not sue or make a claim against the Released Parties for damages or other losses sustained as a result of my participation in the Activities. I also agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless for all claims, judgments and costs, including attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with any action brought as a result of my participation in the Activities.
5. I will take full responsibility for and hold harmless all Released Parties for any injury that I may suffer or inflict upon others or their property as a result of my engaging in the Activities.
6. I agree that I will, at all times, behave in a reasonable and safe manner so as not to endanger the lives of persons or property of any individual and I further acknowledge that course fees do not cover any property damage I may cause.
7. I have read and understand the above and acknowledge that the same constitutes a release of liability and a waiver of my legal rights and also acknowledgement of the assumption by me of all risks arising out of my engaging in the Activities.
8. I further represent that this release of liability, waiver of legal rights and assumption of risk shall continue in force and effect for so long as I engage in the Activities which are in any way connected to or with the Released Parties.
9. I hereby expressly recognize that this Release of Liability, Waiver of Legal Rights and Assumption of Risk is a contract pursuant to which I have released any and all claims against the Released Parties resulting from my participation in the Activities, including any claims caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

10. Photography Release Form
By purchasing a ticket to Mystère d’Eros: A Journey to Erotic Liberation, you grant permission for photographer Dean Tunberg and the Mystère d’Eros team to photograph and/or record you during the event. You acknowledge that these photos or videos may be used in promotional materials, on social media platforms, and on our website, without compensation or approval. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify an event staff member upon arrival.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, FULLY UNDERSTANDING ITS CONTENTS AND IN PURCHASING THIS TICKET I CONSENT TO ALL PARTS OF IT. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY PURCHASING THIS TICKET I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
